1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KDLMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use KDLMS for a school, organization, or creator program, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
KDLMS is built for schools, education organizations, creators, tutors, staff, parents, guardians, and students authorized by a subscribing organization.
Users must keep login details confidential and notify KDLMS or their school if they suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid access may be billed yearly, monthly, or by agreed rollout scope. Fees, plan limits, branch limits, and support levels are stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or plan.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew at the end of each billing cycle. Schools should cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use KDLMS to:
- break applicable laws or school policies;
- upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, schools, or systems;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform;
- misrepresent identity, school authority, or payment status.
5. Data Ownership and Responsibilities
Schools retain ownership of school data entered into KDLMS. KDLMS processes that data to provide the platform and support authorized users.
Schools are responsible for accuracy, consent, access permissions, and lawful use of student, parent, guardian, staff, and financial records.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep KDLMS reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures, internet issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.
7. Termination
KDLMS may suspend or terminate access if fees are unpaid, these terms are breached, security is at risk, or platform use may harm KDLMS, schools, users, or third parties.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as KDLMS changes. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use after changes means acceptance of updated terms.
